Jackie is chair of the trustee's, and has had an Ileostomy for 5 years.

Jackie decided to set up Second Chance due to the lack of support and awareness of what it's like to live with a stoma.

 

 

Tracey has been a Community Stoma Nurse Specialist for over 10 years. Supporting patient's in their own homes by offering solutions to various problems. Tracey is Jackies own stoma nurse and has been a great support over the years.

 

Savanna is passionate about helping others and has volunteered with several charities in the Selby area. With a love of learning she has joined Second Chance Ostomy Yorkshire as a trustee to support a friend and the community while continuing her journey of personal development.

 

Alison is Selby District AVS's Community Development Coordinater,

She is a keyworker for many people within the district supporting them with their career and personnel development.

She supports and signposts clients for a range of issues including debt, housing and wellbeing.
